About the Role
Provide guests with superior service by offering information and sales assistance on CN Tower products and services, while managing retail store merchandising and replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Operate point of sales systems accurately and maintain cash at the till
- Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills
- Execute role with a focus on quality and service delivery
- Upsell, cross-sell, and substitute sell CN Tower products
- Maintain excellent product and service knowledge
- Assist with merchandising as required
- Verify authenticity of cash, debit, credit, vouchers, and gift certificates
- Manage store alarms and verify purchase legitimacy
- Present a professional image as an ambassador for the CN Tower and Toronto
- Engage and interact with guests
- Communicate guest requests to management
- Maintain orderly cashier areas and stock supplies
- Contribute to interdepartmental programs
- Adhere to company policies and departmental procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to handle light to moderate weight objects including inventory and office supplies
