About the Role
Support the firm’s growth by managing high-quality pursuits, coordinating proposal development, maintaining marketing information, and partnering with technical teams to strengthen positioning for upcoming opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple pursuits simultaneously, including letters of interest, requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, and shortlist materials.
- Gather information, draft content, edit responses, and produce tailored pursuit deliverables.
- Coordinate layouts, presentations, statements of qualifications, and other supporting materials for submissions.
- Maintain pursuit schedules and organize priorities to meet deadlines.
- Partner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to develop strong, accurate, client-focused content.
- Update project, staff, and company information in the CRM and support clean data practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and workflow.
- Mentor less experienced marketing coordinators and support team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, advertising/public relations, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, editing, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities with limited supervision.
- Strong writing, editing, and document coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical professionals and produce high-quality deliverables.
