About the Role
The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for the Workday system at Nscale, which underpins all People processes during rapid global scaling. This role involves setting the direction for platform configuration, security, and usage, reporting to the Director, People Tech.
Responsibilities
- Own the Workday roadmap, prioritizing development based on global business scaling.
- Design and configure security groups, business processes, and core HCM modules for scalability.
- Establish data governance and access control standards for audit and compliance.
- Serve as the key technical Workday resource, balancing speed, compliance, and platform health.
- Collaborate with the People Systems Engineer on Workday integrations with other People stack systems.
- Manage platform stability and release management, driving proactive improvements.
- Advise the Director, People Tech and senior stakeholders on Workday capabilities and People process design.
Requirements
- 8+ years in HRIS or People systems roles with direct Workday experience.
- Solid understanding of HCM configuration, security groups, and business process design.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy and apply strong governance standards.
- Skill in translating business needs into clear system requirements and communicating them effectively.
- Capacity to manage a platform independently and implement continuous improvements.
- Comfortable using AI tools for increased efficiency.
