About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Specialist to enhance the performance, reach, and engagement of our TikTok presence. The consultant will offer expert advice on platform developments, algorithm changes, content optimization, and performance analysis to align with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret changes to the TikTok recommendation algorithm, ranking signals, and platform features.
• Investigate content performance patterns to identify factors influencing reach, engagement, audience growth, and content distribution.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations on content strategy derived from platform and algorithm analysis.
• Support the project team with data-driven recommendations to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience analyzing TikTok performance data and platform behaviors.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's recommendation systems, ranking factors, audience growth mechanisms, and content distribution patterns.
• Proven ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Familiarity with analyzing and advising on TikTok strategies in emerging markets.
• Experience working with NGOs, media organizations, advocacy campaigns, or public-interest communications.
• Familiarity with influencer engagement and creator trends.
• Experience working in multicultural and international contexts.
• French language skills preferred.
• Ability to speak and write English.
