About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist for Data Centers (m/f/d) for a client.
Responsibilities
- Independent coordination and control of all goods receipts and dispatches, including complete documentation and adherence to defined service level agreements.
- Organization and execution of shipping, loading, and unloading processes, ensuring proper handling and storage of new hardware.
- Reliable inventory management through regular inventories, stock checks, and analysis and clarification of discrepancies.
- Management of the RMA process, including processing returns and spare parts, and coordinating cross-site goods movements.
- Close collaboration with external logistics service providers and suppliers, ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with all occupational safety regulations in the warehouse and logistics area.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or goods management.
- Good German and English language skills, particularly for understanding and implementing work instructions.
- Physical resilience and the ability to safely move heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and willingness for site-specific transport and delivery tasks in the Berlin area.
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working in an operational environment.
