About the Role

We are looking for a responsible warehouse associate capable of receiving and unloading carriers, delivering packages, pulling orders and putting material away as needed. You must have a great eye for detail, basic math skills and knowledge of ERP systems for entering and receiving purchase orders.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts to safely unload carriers.
  • Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies, and notify Purchasing and Quality departments of any issues.
  • Perform inventory management, storekeeping, and stockroom operations for handling mechanical and electrical components.
  • Perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration.
  • Utilize computer programs for the receipt of purchased goods.
  • Process paperwork and complete all necessary transactions according to established procedures.
  • Deliver items to requisitioning departments and obtain authorized signatures for accepted items.
  • Pick and pack sales orders, work orders, and kits for the production floor daily.
  • Work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of previous warehouse or stockroom experience.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills for interfacing with carriers, internal customers & management.
  • Ability to lift or pull objects up to 50+ lbs. with or without accommodation.
  • Energetic with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks.

Skills

  • Experience using ERP systems, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and email.
