About the Role

We are hiring across two areas of the product: our Data Viz platform and our plugin suite. These positions involve shaping products end-to-end, from discovery to shipped experience, within a fast-paced, ownership-driven team that values design craft. This is a rare chance to put your name on impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Design interfaces for complex, interconnected data, including entity hierarchies, ownership chains, and multi-level relationships.
• Solve interaction challenges unique to constrained surfaces like limited screen space and unfamiliar entry points.
• Work through end-to-end product journeys, from data ingest and API integration to plugin installation, onboarding, and daily use.
• Run discovery sessions with users such as lawyers, accountants, and compliance professionals to understand their needs.
• Act as the design thinking advocate in a technically focused team.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to make technically sound decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve Jigsaw's design system.
• Design AI-powered features that integrate seamlessly into professional workflows, partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience in SaaS.
• A portfolio showcasing design thinking, not just polished screens.
• Ability to make dense, complex information manageable.
• Comfort designing within constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and UX best practices.
• Comfort presenting to clients, running discovery sessions, and gathering requirements.
• Enjoyment of figuring out ambiguous problems.
• Experience designing AI-powered features (e.g. generative content, smart suggestions, data summarisation).
• Comfort prototyping interactions with LLM-driven tools.
