About the Role

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing, driving innovation in the medical device industry. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sr. Quality Engineer skilled in quality assurance techniques for micromachined components. This role provides inspection support for in-process, final, and incoming inspection of contract manufacturing materials, including visual and dimensional inspection, data recording, and documentation review.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection and record data as defined
Assist in the training of Production Personnel on inspection and data recording tasks
Participation in Corrective Action, Process, or inspection improvement activities
Review and approval of final documentation packages
Conducting incoming inspection of raw material
Working on continual improvement projects as assigned
Assisting with new process development inspections
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Medical Device Manufacturing background preferred
Familiarity with ISO and FDA Compliance desirable
Good verbal and written communication skills preferred
Light factory work, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
