About the Role

Tokio Marine HCC is a leading Specialty Insurer focused on driving efficiency and delivering exceptional results through its Operations team. The Enterprise Change team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's strategic change agenda by partnering with the business to turn strategy into action. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of change, supporting the development and maturity of the change function and enabling change across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead change initiatives as a project manager across all appropriate workstreams, including technology.
Plan and design projects, workstreams, and governance, proactively monitoring progress and resolving issues.
Engage with business stakeholders, change teams, and SMEs to define project approach, plans, and costs.
Agree on deliverables, success criteria, readiness plans, resource requirements, dependencies, and financial management.
Maintain all project documentation in line with internal governance.
Ensure a full understanding of project impacts to inform communication and engagement plans.
Monitor and report project status against business case, plan, and milestones to various stakeholders.
Participate in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Solid project management experience across various delivery approaches and methodologies.
Demonstrable experience delivering IT and business change projects.
Ability to work effectively in a team, providing leadership and challenge.
Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams or projects concurrently, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning and decision-making skills, with an understanding of regulatory, business, and technical information.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Ability to work confidently in a matrix structure to identify subject matter experts.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to hold project team members and third-party vendors accountable for deliverables.
Project budget expense and control management experience.
