About the Role
The Senior Watch Advisor will provide an excellent customer experience, attain desired results through creative use of resources and retail/CRM tools, and prepare monthly action plans to achieve sales targets while managing the sales process and offering exclusive customer service in line with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy and compliance with Group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
- Maximize profit while controlling and minimizing costs.
- Analyze missed confirmed sales to refine future sales projections.
- Organize private viewings with potential VIPs.
- Discuss business opportunities and action plans for potential prospects.
- Act as a reference for building action plans to achieve personal targets.
- Ensure excellence within and outside of the boutique.
- Ensure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
- Continuously learn about products and the brand.
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills with clients and third parties.
- Maintain the appearance and maintenance of the boutique according to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation and control of new Visual Merchandising concepts.
- Participate in regular VIP and order activities, considering boutique opportunities.
- Build genuine relationships with customers.
- Recruit VIPs, customers, and prospects for boutique sales and marketing activities.
- Handle client complaints and report brand product related issues.
- Coordinate repairs and after-sales matters.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking and quality control.
- Ensure measures to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Manage automatic replenishment of sold timepieces and active order requests.
- Maintain boutique timepieces, including strap changes, polishing, and servicing.
- Represent boutique management in their absence.
- Comply with procedures, and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
- Master credit card transactions, cash register operations, etc.
- Report any opportunity or incident to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
- Share new practices and ideas to enhance boutique operations.
- Network among the competition.
- Share new ideas, work practices, and knowledge with boutique members and office colleagues.
- Monitor own appearance and behavior in line with company policy.
- Provide assistance to shift colleagues during the sales ceremony.
- Participate in boutique trainings and role-plays.
- Support the onboarding process of new boutique members.
