About the Role

Fever for Business (F4B) is seeking a leader to scale our APAC business through the Sydney-based Account Development team, serving as the primary driver of our revenue engine. This role is within a hyper-growth organization focused on democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential ADRs and ADAs.
  • Provide "boots on the ground" coaching and foster team culture.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training sessions to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Implement and refine the Account Development strategy for APAC across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Deploy the outbound playbook, including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Oversee lead routing and SLAs, ensuring gold-standard conversion benchmarks for all incoming inquiries.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align on regional campaigns, territory operations, and feedback loops.
  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, including activity metrics, pipeline value, and conversion rates, to ensure team health.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity within Account Development / SDR / Sales, or strong individual-contributor experience with demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech or B2B environment is essential.
  • Proven track record of overachieving personal or team targets in a high-volume outreach environment.
  • Exposure to hiring and/or coaching entry-level talent, or a clear aptitude and motivation for it.
  • Ability to execute defined processes, manage CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot), and use data to identify funnel gaps.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Regional Sales Heads and Marketing to ensure team alignment with broader business goals.
  • Resourceful, creative, and fearless with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
