About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity within the Domestic Student Recruitment team, supporting the South East region. The role focuses on delivering an ambitious outreach and recruitment program to raise awareness of courses, build relationships with educational institutions, and achieve student recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate and deliver over 150 outreach and recruitment activities annually.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops and information sessions to prospective students, parents and advisers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, careers advisers and key stakeholders.
- Represent The University of Law at careers fairs, universities, exhibitions, open days and recruitment events.
- Support the planning and delivery of on-campus and virtual recruitment activities.
- Contribute to achieving regional and institutional recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records, event reports and stakeholder engagement activity through CRM systems and internal processes.
- Support the Student Ambassador and Campus Representative programme, including event coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and processes.
- Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience planning, coordinating or delivering events, outreach activities or customer facing engagement.
- Strong administrative skills and confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to think strategically, contribute effectively to targets, and proactively share ideas and insights to improve engagement and raise the profile of ULaw within key subject areas in a fast-paced environment.
- A full driving licence is imperative for this position.
