Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests via phone and email regarding their bookings.
- Manage the smooth acceptance and processing of reservations.
- Competently advise guests on room categories and culinary offerings.
- Coordinate with reception and hotel management to align on availability, special requests, and group bookings.
- Process invoices and payments, and maintain guest data in the reservation system.
Requirements
- Several years or solid experience in hotel reservations, including independently handling bookings and driving them to completion, ideally in a hotel, holiday hotel, or resort environment.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Enjoyment of collaboration with various teams and contacts.
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Opera (PMS).
- Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Good English skills are a plus.
