About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an expert Senior Project Manager to lead projects within a highly regulated and complex operational environment in the infrastructure sector, with a preference for aviation experience. This is a full-time, site-based role requiring 5 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual tasks throughout the design, procurement, and construction process.
- Collaborate with the client team to establish initial project budgets and scheduling during feasibility.
- Set up and lead meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure.
- Ensure project compliance with client document controls and file specifications.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, consultants, client direct vendors, and contractors.
- Provide regular project reporting.
- Maintain budget and schedule, identifying solutions for potential issues.
- Manage procurement, recommendation, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
- Establish quotations and place orders with client direct vendors.
- Elicit and review results from appointed parties.
- Coordinate Contracts and Master Service Agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change orders.
- Attend weekly or bi-weekly site visits during construction.
- Integrate into client teams at their project offices.
- Administer project observation reports.
- Administer and coordinate project closeout documentation, including lessons learned workshops.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction.
- Airport/Aviation experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Project or P6.
- Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.

Salary/Compensations
- CAD 90,000 - CAD 155,000 yearly
