About the Role

This development role offers an opportunity to launch a career in retail real estate leasing by working alongside experienced executives. You will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, negotiations, financial analysis, and deal execution with a structured path to advance into a Leasing Representative role within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Canvas for prospective local and regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Maintain prospect and tenant activity records in the CRM platform
• Prepare and draft Letters of Intent for leasing opportunities
• Execute tenant renewals, terminations, and modifications after training
• Contribute to the creation of leasing and marketing materials
• Conduct financial analysis of existing and prospective tenants
• Assist Leasing Representatives with property leasing strategy development and implementation
• Prepare presentations for internal executive management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight trips
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Ability to operate a passenger vehicle
