About the Role

Provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the transition of commuter rail services from a contracted model to a directly operated organization. Responsible for establishing safety culture, operational framework, workforce strategy, maintenance integration, regulatory compliance, and performance management systems. Oversees strategic coordination with freight rail partners to maximize return on investment.
