About the Role
This is a paid four-month graduate programme designed to give you hands-on experience across every part of AKA's Digital Media team. You will rotate through specialist disciplines, learning from experienced practitioners before bringing everything together in your final month. Successful graduates may have the opportunity to move into a permanent Digital Media Executive position.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize live digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Work with Google, Meta and Display advertising platforms
- Produce reports that explain campaign performance in a clear and engaging way
- Support client meetings and contribute ideas
- Work alongside strategy, creative, social, data and client services teams
- Learn how campaigns are planned from brief through to delivery
- Manage campaign budgets, bookings and media schedules
- Stay on top of new platform updates, trends and emerging technologies

- No agency experience is required
