About the Role

We are seeking a mid-weight Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and drive the delivery of high-impact CRM and platform projects. This hands-on role involves scoping, designing, and delivering solutions, making technical decisions, and managing internal stakeholders and external partners. You will collaborate closely with the internal CRM Manager, dedicating time to their technical development and growth. This role focuses on operational Salesforce functions, not marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from scoping and solution design through implementation and handover.
  • Manage scoping, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications for projects delivered with our MSP and contractors.
  • Design technically sound solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce integration architecture.
  • Provide hands-on support when needed, stepping in to resolve issues.
  • Address existing technical debt and Apex issues, working through a backlog of structural improvements.
  • Lead the implementation of Data Cloud, establishing the data architecture for operational and AI ambitions.
  • Research and drive the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce Coworker, including building a phased adoption recommendation.
  • Own project timelines, stakeholder communications, and delivery milestones across concurrent workstreams.
  • Mentor and upskill the CRM Manager, dedicating at least 10% of your time to support their Salesforce CRM Admin certification.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to attend and support events or meet key deadlines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with Flow, Salesforce integration architecture, and working knowledge of APEX.
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable owning projects from brief to delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to design scalable and future-proof solutions and clearly explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with external developers, MSPs, or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing quality, and tracking delivery.
  • Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and building capability in others.
  • Comfortable working across diverse internal teams with varying levels of technical literacy.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce, or a proven ability to quickly learn new Salesforce products.
  • Salesforce certifications.
