Drybar is seeking a dynamic Hair Stylist Educator/Trainer to join its founding team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company culture, train an incredible team, and develop talent while delivering exceptional blowouts. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about the hair salon, spa, or beauty industry who thrive in developing others and building a new venture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional blowouts.
- Train and develop hair stylists.
- Help build the team, systems, and culture from the ground up.
- Provide blowout, braid, and updo training.
- Offer training that is paid.
- Foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development.
- Communicate effectively in challenging situations to achieve desired results and find solutions.
- Provide stellar customer service.
- Pivot easily with grace, stay calm under pressure, and multitask effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer/educator in the beauty industry (hair salon, barber shop, or spa).
- Current and valid state Cosmetology license.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends.

Salary/Compensations
- $18 - $35 per hour including tips, commission, and bonuses.
