About the Role

As a working student in Marketing within the GI Business Unit, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to marketing tasks and projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, supporting the operational day-to-day business and driving marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Take on marketing tasks and projects as a team member in the Marketing department of the Gastrointestinal Business Unit at Takeda.
  • Collaborate closely with team members from the Marketing department of the GI Business Unit and the Cross-functional Team.
  • Support daily operations in the Gastrointestinal Business Unit, specifically in Marketing.
  • Undertake independent projects.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including system maintenance, filing, document updates, order management, budget tracking, and SharePoint maintenance.
  • Support the operational implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage independent projects and assist with campaign analysis, including reporting.
  • Execute smaller graphic design tasks quickly and independently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and partners.
  • Create presentations, process flows, and materials for meetings and reports.
  • Conduct various research activities online and offline.

Requirements

  • You are a Bachelor's or Master's student.
  • You are available to support our team for 16-20 hours per week for at least the next 12 months.
  • You are a communication talent with a passion for interacting with people and understanding their needs and desires, both personally and digitally.
  • You possess confident oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • You enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and demonstrate organizational skills and commitment.
  • You have a strong interest in marketing and a desire to delve into complex topics.
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and proactively approach your tasks.
  • You are social media and digitally savvy.
  • You are graphically skilled.
  • You have experience with digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 products (Teams, OneNote, Planner, SharePoint) and Miro/Mural or similar.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
