About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will drive growth across blue-chip enterprise and mid-market accounts by managing, retaining, and expanding a defined portfolio. This consultative role focuses on long-term account development, revenue expansion, and multi-threaded engagement to ensure continued adoption of Capture One software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market blue-chip brands.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and increase product adoption.
  • Own the full lifecycle of existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Expand single-team deployments into enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Lead renewal cycles to protect and grow ARR while minimizing churn risk.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to navigate complex organizations and stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Market Activations, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Proven track record in renewals, upsells, and account expansion.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including international travel.
