About the Role

Join a Global Digital Engineering Team as a Quality Assurance professional. This is a long-term opportunity to work on enterprise applications using modern QA tools and frameworks while collaborating with global development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Perform API testing and validate backend services.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in Agile teams.
• Improve testing processes, quality standards, and automation coverage.
• Ensure software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience with Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory for automation-focused roles).
• Experience with Cypress is highly preferred.
• API testing experience using Postman, Bruno, Insomnia, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience (for QA Lead).
• Strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing (for QA Lead).
• Experience driving QA strategy, planning, and delivery (for QA Lead).
• Extensive experience with Playwright and Cypress (for QA Lead).
• Strong automation framework experience (for QA Automation Engineer).
• Extensive experience with Playwright and Cypress (for QA Automation Engineer).
• Comfortable writing and debugging automation scripts (for QA Automation Engineer).
• Strong API testing and backend validation experience (for API QA Engineer).
• Understanding of API automation concepts (for API QA Engineer).
• Strong functional and exploratory testing experience (for Manual QA Engineer).
• Exposure to automation is an advantage (for Manual QA Engineer).
