About the Role

Columbus is seeking determined, committed, and resilient individuals for its Accelerator Programme to become Associate Business Consultants. This programme offers comprehensive training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementations, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and clear career progression opportunities within a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of an ERP implementation.
• Work on real projects with diverse clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham/Office Based for a minimum of 12 months.
• Must be willing to be Nottingham office-based for the initial training 12 months, minimum 3 Days in our office p/w.
• Must have the ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to travel both within the UK and abroad.

• £29,000 basic salary
• Salary rising to c£60,000 after 4 years dependent on performance
