About the Role

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our HR management in recruiting. Your tasks will include assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and contract creation, as well as handling administrative tasks and daily business, such as data entry and maintenance of applicant master data in our HR tool Personio. You will also support employer branding and the planning and organization of career fairs, and undertake small research assignments on current HR management topics.

Responsibilities

Assisting with recruiting, e.g., posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, or contract creation
Taking on administrative tasks and supporting daily business, such as entering and maintaining applicant master data in our HR tool Personio
Supporting employer branding and the planning and organization of career fairs
Undertaking small research assignments on current HR management topics

Requirements

Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
Previous practical experience in HR/Recruiting is desirable
Positive demeanor and enthusiasm towards our team and all relevant stakeholders
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
A strong "do-it" mentality and excellent communication skills
