About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you will be the central point of contact for all personnel-related issues in your region. You will combine strategic HR thinking with a genuine understanding of practical day-to-day operations, ensuring that our practice managers and teams feel well-supported in all HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Independent support of veterinary practices in your region as a competent sparring partner for practice managers and executives.
- Consultation and management throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to exit processes.
- Support during change and reorganization processes, as well as assistance with employment law issues.
- Conception and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, aligned with the needs of a decentralized practice network.
- Analysis of HR key figures for your region and derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
- Ensuring and consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across all supported practices.
- Close collaboration with central specialist departments (Recruiting, Payroll, People Development).
- Driving the digitalization of HR processes.
- Taking over overarching HR projects.
- Regular on-site visits to practices in your region to personally advise practice managers and teams and maintain direct contact.
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on Personnel/Business Administration or comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-branch or multi-location environment (e.g., retail, healthcare, franchise).
- Experience in supporting a larger number of decentralized locations is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and confident handling of HR processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills, as well as a structured, self-reliant way of working.
- Hands-on mentality paired with strategic foresight.
- Strong personality, even when facing opposition.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
