About the Role
As a Counter Manager at our Boots Oxford Street location, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences while leading a team of Brow and Beauty Experts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to exceed sales goals and service standards.
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Achieve individual and counter-wide sales targets through passionate product demonstrations.
- Conduct daily team meetings to maintain focus and recognize achievements.
- Develop in-store and external events, collaborations, and product launches to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the counter is fully stocked to minimize lost sales.
- Facilitate communication between store management and area managers.
- Manage administrative tasks to support smooth store operations.
- Create staff rotas to optimize coverage and support sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and visual presentation for the counter.
Requirements
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven personality.
- Passion for makeup and retail sales.
- Result-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Commitment to providing unique customer experiences.
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays, and holiday periods.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
- Minimum 6 months of management experience.
