Responsibilities
- Ensure timely execution of the production plan while adhering to quality, quantity, and cost-effectiveness standards.
- Manage and adjust manufacturing processes in response to short-term changes, disruptions, or bottlenecks, in coordination with production and planning.
- Monitor manufacturing quality and initiate and implement measures for quality assurance and defect prevention.
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to employees, ensure information flow, and support employee development and hiring.
- Efficiently organize and optimize personnel deployment, machinery, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in production changes, manufacturing trials, and continuous improvement processes (CIP).
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities in collaboration with specialized departments.
Requirements
- Completed specialized further training of at least two years, e.g., as a master craftsman, technician, or business administrator.
- Additional qualifications, e.g., in personnel management, are advantageous.
- Initial relevant professional experience in the respective field.
- Clear, goal-oriented, and confident communication in German.
- Strong understanding of overarching contexts and the ability to keep the 'big picture' in mind.
