About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you will design topics such as Cloud Data Analytics Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence for clients in a dynamic environment, developing architectures based on platforms like Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Combine knowledge in data analytics with expertise in areas such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, statistics, and Business Intelligence on cloud platforms.
- Develop solution approaches from the business problem definition, through architecture vision and roadmap, to implementation control, and accompany projects to successful completion.
- Act as an interface between conceptual design and technical implementation, evaluating and controlling architecture and project approaches.
- Present solutions appropriately to the target audience, provide technical leadership to development teams, and utilize best practices for implementing data-driven solutions.
- Identify customer needs, assess the economic added value of architectural decisions, and contribute to the further development of data and AI solutions as well as exchange in international teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a STEM field or equivalent qualification or corresponding professional experience.
- Experience in consulting is advantageous, as is experience in implementing Cloud Data Analytics projects.
- Knowledge in the field of Cloud Data Analytics, e.g., in Cloud Architecture, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or related technologies; certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in one or more industry sectors (e.g., telecommunications, retail, finance, high-tech, manufacturing, public administration) and in the technical leadership of development teams.
- Confident communication in German and English, and willingness to travel for projects.
