About the Role

Capgemini Global Insights & Data is a market leader in data, analytics, GenAI, and data platforms. We offer end-to-end data integration on a cloud platform and advanced analytics and GenAI solutions across industries. You will be the central point of contact for the conception, management, and independent implementation of demanding projects throughout all project phases. You will lead various projects and develop new data and analytics opportunities for our clients in collaboration with Capgemini's sales and account teams. You will moderate workshops and represent your team's work results to clients. You will ensure efficiency and scalability through the automation and standardization of data-driven processes. You will contribute knowledge and experience to commercial offers (RFPs).

Lead various projects and develop new data and analytics opportunities for clients in collaboration with sales and account teams.
Moderate workshops and represent work results to clients.
Ensure efficiency and scalability through automation and standardization of data-driven processes.
Contribute knowledge and experience to commercial offers (RFPs).

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, another STEM field, or a comparable degree.
Many years of experience in data, analytics, and GenAI.
Relevant practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Cloud Data Architecture (design and implementation of end-to-end data platforms on Azure or AWS using services like Databricks, Azure Data Lake, AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and Athena), AI and Analytics Integration (building pipelines for Advanced Analytics and (generative) AI applications using Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or open-source frameworks like MLflow and Kubeflow), Microservices and Containerization (development of modular architectures with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, and serverless components like Azure Functions or AWS Lambda for flexible scaling of data services).
Experience as a consultant in data, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Good communication skills in German and English.
Willingness to travel for projects.
