About the Role
We are seeking Gen-AI Solution Specialists to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing custom AI solutions in a client-facing environment, focusing on understanding and structuring requirements into appropriate solution architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions, with a focus on Agentic AI and RAG systems, in collaboration with clients, considering business requirements and industry standards.
- Optimize AI applications using methods such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and appropriate security mechanisms.
- Develop and integrate applications (e.g., with Python) into relevant frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., common AI and data platforms).
- Continuously integrate current developments in AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies into projects and client contexts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, an MINT subject, or a comparable qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of Python and experience with AI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain), with a fundamental understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., RAG and similar approaches).
- Expertise in working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and common LLM technologies.
- Experience in a technical role with client contact, ideally in the context of AI projects; consulting experience is an advantage.
- Experience in communicating technical content appropriately to the audience and working with various stakeholders.
