About the Role
This role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, driving the successful deployment, configuration, training, support, and adoption of AI solutions, with a primary focus on generative AI platforms and applications. The position collaborates with various teams to ensure AI tools are promoted, configured, and adopted effectively and responsibly, requiring a blend of technical fluency, business acumen, customer service, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own complex AI enablement and adoption workstreams from concept to scalable solutions.
- Drive the execution of AI outreach, engagement, and adoption plans.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise of the Firm’s AI platforms and user needs.
- Conduct outreach to users to understand what is working well, identify friction points, and gather enhancement suggestions.
- Gather, clarify, and prioritize user feedback, usage trends, and emerging AI use cases to make recommendations.
- Lead the review and evaluation of new AI applications and features.
- Coordinate with project managers, data scientists, developers, and other teams to develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain user-facing training materials, reference guides, and best practices.
- Deliver trainings, walkthroughs, and enablement sessions on the effective and responsible use of AI solutions.
- Provide ongoing functional support to users and assist in resolving complex issues.
- Oversee pilot programs and post-launch adoption efforts.
- Develop and refine communication, onboarding, and change-management approaches.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to platform adoption and engagement.
- Partner with external vendors to manage product feature releases and coordinate internal testing.
- Support compliant, ethical, and responsible use of AI tools in accordance with Firm guidance.
- Stay current on developments in generative AI, NLP, and related legal technology.
- Handle projects under the direction of executive staff.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience with AI, legal technology, knowledge management, information retrieval, document management, practice solutions, change management, and product support.
- Experience supporting, implementing, evaluating, or driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions in a professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge in AI and its applications in the legal industry, particularly generative AI and related legal technology tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate user feedback and business needs into practical recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training and enablement resources.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound judgment and familiarity with data privacy, information governance, ethics, and responsible AI use.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior analysts or team members.
- Comfortable working closely with both technical resources and lawyers.
- Proactively develops and maintains functional knowledge in emerging AI and legal technology areas.
