About the Role

ASML is a high-tech company and a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex lithography systems used by chip manufacturers. At the Berlin site, over 1,800 employees develop and manufacture key components for these systems. As a machining mechanic, you will be an essential part of our high-tech manufacturing operation, working with state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines to produce precision components.

Responsibilities

Plan production orders and machine workpieces with precision.
Use modern measuring and testing equipment to ensure quality standards.
Program CNC machines.
Set up, operate, and monitor computer-controlled milling machines.
Read technical drawings and produce components.
Manufacture precision components from various metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics using subtractive manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Completed secondary school or hold a general or vocational university entrance qualification.
Fluent German language skills.
Enjoy hands-on work and value thoroughness and precision.
Interested in technology and the production of precision components.
Good spatial awareness.
Enjoy working with computers and high-tech equipment.
Motivated to learn an exciting profession.
Not discouraged by early working hours.
