About the Role

The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and driving a positive HSE culture across the London region. The HSE Manager will be assigned project(s) of responsibility, but must be flexible to provide support in other areas as directed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate visible and proactive HSE leadership and direction across Pure DC projects
• Implement HSE business decisions
• Ensure Pure DC HSE and statutory requirements are achieved across all Pure DC projects
• Provide necessary HSE guidance and recommendations at project level to Pure DC leadership teams
• Share knowledge and develop competencies of Pure DC teams through mentoring and coaching
• Build confidence and capability through timely and reasoned decision making and problem solving
• Support and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Expand and maintain professional relationships, internally and externally
• Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure HSE requirements are known and achieved
• Prioritize customer focus to ensure they feel heard and valued
• Apply a structured and methodical approach to proactive monitoring and close out
• Support the development and implementation of localized HSE programs
• Provide high-quality, structured reports to leadership teams
