About the Role
Interpath is seeking Graduate Associates in Tax to join their 2026 graduate intake. This role is ideal for accounting, business, economics, and legal graduates, or those from other disciplines with strong academic credentials, eager to start a career in tax within the financial advisory and restructuring space.
Responsibilities
- Provide deal advisory support on M&A transactions.
- Advise on restructuring and refinancing transactions.
- Engage in the tax aspects of complex controversy cases.
- Support senior team members in business development and thought leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive tax reviews for insolvent companies.
- Prepare and draft corporation tax returns for solvent and insolvent companies.
Requirements
- Achieved a minimum of a 2.1 degree.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show commitment to professional development in tax and finance.
