About the Role
Solutions Consultants at Multiplier partner directly with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, focusing on deal qualification, discovery, demos, and solution scoping. This role demands deep expertise in global employment, including EOR, payroll, and compliance, and their cross-border interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects' complex questions, requiring both domain knowledge and strong presentation skills to guide them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs on discovery to uncover compliance, payroll, and integration requirements
- Scope and design solutions across EOR, global payroll, and benefits
- Deliver demos tied to prospect needs
- Navigate multi-country scenarios across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Surface product gaps and provide feedback to the Product team with deal context
- Support handoffs to Implementation and CSM with clear, scoped notes
- Contribute to team resources, including country guides, objection libraries, and demo environments
Requirements
- 3-6 years in a customer-facing role (SC, SE, AE, CSM, or Implementation)
- Experience in EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or international HR tech (e.g., Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster, ADP, Workday)
- Comfortable presenting and demoing, capable of engaging an audience and maintaining conversation
- Ability to clarify complex topics without oversimplifying
- Understanding of deal progression and common bottlenecks
- Experience across multiple geographies or employment models (useful but not required)
- Background in compliance, HR ops, or global mobility (useful but not required)
- Familiarity with integration patterns (HRIS connectors, payroll, SSO) (useful but not required)
