About the Role

Computershare’s Communication Services (CCS) provides integrated customer communication solutions worldwide, consulting, designing, building, and orchestrating smart communications solutions across Print and Mail and Digital channels to help clients drive customer engagement and optimize operational efficiencies. CCS teams are located across many of Computershare’s key locations, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will work as an integral part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in managing inventory, handling and moving goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. This position operates on a Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift, offering a consistent schedule within a fast-paced production and fulfilment environment. You will be working in an environment where maintaining a high level of discipline, accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Following established processes and quality control standards is a core part of the role, ensuring we consistently meet client expectations, service standards and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stock and materials.
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders for production and dispatch.
  • Performing stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records.
  • Operating warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Ensuring warehouse areas are clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • A current Forklift Licence and demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently, including the operation of both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • A high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail when handling inventory, completing documentation and following processes.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks and working hours, with a proactive and productive mindset.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
  • Sound computer skills, with the ability to confidently navigate and work across multiple software platforms and warehouse systems.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • A reliable work ethic and a customer-focused approach to meeting service expectations and operational KPIs.
