About the Role
Join La Squadra as a Junior & Sous Chef in Berlin, Germany. Big Mamma is seeking ambitious individuals to become future leaders and chefs within the group, contributing to unique culinary experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Participate in menu changes with Executive Chefs to create unique culinary experiences.
- Ensure rapid and precise execution at the pass, adhering to recipes and group standards.
- Support the Chef in maintaining impeccable standards for hygiene, staff presentation, and controls.
- Manage Food Cost by minimizing waste, conducting accurate inventories, and timely ordering.
- Plan, organize, and lead the kitchen brigade with energy and precision.
- Train and mentor the team daily, instilling passion and professionalism.
- Foster a harmonious and stimulating work environment through effective leadership.
