About the Role
Big Mamma is seeking talented Junior & Sous Chefs for their Berlin restaurants to become the leaders and Chefs of tomorrow. This role involves menu creation, ensuring dish perfection, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs.
- Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
- Manage Food Costs, including zero waste, inventories, and timely orders.
- Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
- Train and support the team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.
- Build team harmony and create a stimulating and positive workplace.
