About the Role
The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking a motivated individual to provide 1st to 2nd tier technical support to end-users across Madison and Cortland Counties. This role involves collaborating with supervisors on project executables and reporting directly to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work projects including new computer hardware setup and software installations
- Provide technical support by identifying, investigating, and resolving hardware and software issues
- Apply technical knowledge of systems and procedures to troubleshoot problems
- Collaborate with team members to research and resolve technical challenges
Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Ability to use personal vehicle for regular travel between Madison and Cortland counties
