About the Role

The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking a motivated individual to provide 1st to 2nd tier technical support to end-users across Madison and Cortland Counties. This role involves collaborating with supervisors on project executables and reporting directly to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work projects including new computer hardware setup and software installations
  • Provide technical support by identifying, investigating, and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Apply technical knowledge of systems and procedures to troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with team members to research and resolve technical challenges

Requirements

  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Ability to use personal vehicle for regular travel between Madison and Cortland counties
