About the Role

As our Supporter Care Executive, you'll play an important role in making sure every donation is processed accurately, every supporter feels valued, and every interaction reflects the exceptional experience we're committed to providing. You'll be at the heart of our fundraising operation, processing donations, maintaining supporter records, and handling supporter enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Process donations accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain supporter records.
  • Send acknowledgements and thank you letters.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries.
  • Provide a friendly and professional service to supporters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Support fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Ensure supporter care activity is compliant with regulations and best practice.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service, supporter care, or similar administrative role.
  • Confident using Charity CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially with financial information or large data volumes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with supporters and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

Salary/Compensations

  • £25,092.00 to £32,314.00, dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience
