About the Role

At Rapid Dry Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Every day is different. Every job matters. We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined people who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities

Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies
Extract water and set drying equipment
Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
Monitor drying equipment using industry technology
Document job progress with photos and notes
Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners
Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
Solve problems in the field and help customers through difficult situations

Requirements

Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Can lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments
Shows up every day ready to work
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Likes working with their hands
Can think independently and solve problems
Learns quickly
Works well with customers and teammates
Takes pride in quality workmanship
