About the Role
You will lead a production site, combining leadership, technology, and organization. You will manage production, coordinate material flows and deliveries, lead your team, and ensure processes run economically, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site and manage a team of 3 to 5 employees.
- Plan production based on orders and call-offs.
- Coordinate production and delivery to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure proper storage of materials.
- Organize the reuse of demolition asphalt.
- Coordinate the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Optimize production processes for economic efficiency and energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial foreman or a completed apprenticeship in metal or electrical trades (e.g., industrial mechanic, industrial electrician, electrician, locksmith, concrete and steel construction worker, metalworker, or construction mechanic).
- At least two years of professional experience.
- Good German language skills at B2 level.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- No fear of heights.
