About the Role

Join our product and engineering team at the intersection of customers and code. Work hands-on with senior engineers to build our GPU cloud and inference platform end to end, from identifying needs to shipping features. You will have real ownership from day one in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior engineers to build and improve our inference platform, from API design to customer-facing features.
• Talk to ML engineers and AI companies using our platform to synthesize their feedback into product decisions.
• Write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Identify friction points in the product through usage data and customer conversations.
• Coordinate between engineering, GTM, and support to ensure smooth feature launches.
• Contribute directly to the product roadmap, shaping what gets built next.

Requirements

• Technically curious and moves fast.
• Comfortable participating in customer calls and reviewing pull requests.
• Proactive in identifying and executing on product needs.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• First experience in product, engineering, or a startup environment.
• Genuine curiosity about cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML.
• Strong communication skills, able to converse with both technical and sales stakeholders.
• Bias toward action and a focus on shipping product.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
