About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield's Project Management team is seeking a Senior Project Manager in London to deliver office, mixed-use, and complex refurbishment projects for investor and occupier clients. This role requires end-to-end project leadership from brief to handover, including procurement, contract administration (JCT), and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
  • Act as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing clear commercial and programme advice.
  • Manage consultant and contractor teams, including appointments, scopes, deliverables, governance, and reporting.
  • Develop and control programmes, budgets, risk registers, and project controls.
  • Run procurement routes and tender processes, including RFPs/ITTs, bid evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Deliver contract administration (predominantly JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions, and progress certification.
  • Manage stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams, and supply chain.
  • Support fee proposals, business development, and cross-selling across the PDS platform.
  • Drive quality, H&S, and compliance aligned to C&W governance and client standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering commercial/office projects within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong capability across cost, programme, risk, and procurement.
  • Working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration fundamentals.
  • Confident stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality reporting and controls.
  • MRICS (or working toward) and/or MCIOB (Desirable).
  • Experience across both investor and occupier projects (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with governance-heavy client environments and multi-disciplinary teams (Desirable).
