About the Role
Support one of Cushman & Wakefield's largest and most strategically important occupier accounts by leading the delivery of commercial office fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace projects across London and the UK for a globally recognised technology client. This client-facing role offers significant responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to a fast-paced corporate real estate environment within a collaborative, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a major global technology client, building trusted long-term relationships.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from workplace upgrades through to large-scale office transformations.
- Oversee project governance, programme, cost, quality, and risk.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer JCT contracts and manage procurement processes.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
- Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Project Management business.
Requirements
- Experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
