About the Role
To asset manage one or more assets within a retail portfolio cluster, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on guest and brand partner needs while driving sustained income and investment value. The goal is to optimize retail and leisure ownership value by creating a compelling offer through investment, active asset management, and functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning and P&L performance for an asset or group of assets, assessing potential, identifying risks/opportunities, and recommending strategies.
- Coordinate with leasing, operations, consumer, and development functions.
- Develop asset business plans to maximize long-term financial performance using data and insights.
- Support the Asset Director in securing business plan approval from internal and external stakeholders.
- Involve in projects like master planning and redevelopment, applying commercial rigor and guest experience enhancement.
- Work with Leasing and Legal teams to deliver timely leasing activity aligned with asset strategy and company governance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Consumer teams to support guest experience execution.
- Ensure systems, processes, and records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Work with finance teams to produce accurate business plans, budgets, and performance data.
- Deliver asset P&Ls targeting sustainable income growth with relevant brand and guest propositions.
- Provide direction to colleagues and external consultants to ensure strategic plan delivery.
- Maximize asset performance by translating strategy into actions and activities.
- Provide up-to-date information to external valuers and analyze outputs.
