About the Role
Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand, dedicated to delivering engaging gaming experiences and building an inclusive community. This role involves assisting senior researchers in delivering end-to-end research projects, gaining experience in all phases of study, and identifying actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior researchers in delivering end-to-end research projects using various methodologies.
- Gain experience in all phases of a study: stakeholder engagement, preparation, fieldwork, analysis, and delivery.
- Support data gathering preparation, including discussion guides and surveys.
- Support the smooth operation of the London lab.
- Manage participants and ensure unbiased feedback collection.
- Process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Identify and clearly communicate actionable insights.
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you grow in the role.
Requirements
- Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, or a related field with a focus on qualitative research is preferred.
- Early in your career and eager to learn from the industry.
- Good communicator, able to express complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable adapting to dynamic situations, especially when game builds are unstable.
- Comfortable using PCs and possess basic troubleshooting skills.
- A gamer, up-to-date with a variety of genres.
- Passionate about games user research and assessing the player experience.
