About the Role
We are looking for a Service Technician for Doors and Gates to join our team at our Wildau near Berlin location.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs for customers on-site.
- Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance on power-operated doors and gates, as well as fire protection doors and gates from various manufacturers.
- Perform inspections, such as force measurements, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Document completed work using mobile devices.
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, electrical installer, mechatronics technician, locksmith, carpenter, joiner, metalworker, or equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience in doors and gates is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of force measurement.
- Good command of German (spoken and written).
- Good communication skills and a confident, likeable demeanor in customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license Class B, ideally with a trailer license.
- Fit for working at heights.
