Blue Education is seeking a School Partnerships Manager to drive the adoption of its university applications platform across UK and international schools. This is a hands-on B2B sales and partnerships role focused on building a strong pipeline, opening new relationships, running demos, managing pilots, and converting school interest into active platform adoption. The role also involves gathering feedback to refine product positioning and the go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Blue Education at school events and conferences.
  • Present the platform to schools, highlighting its benefits for students and staff.
  • Drive adoption of the freemium model and encourage active use of free features.
  • Build long-term relationships to embed the platform in schools' processes.
  • Identify opportunities to convert engaged schools into paid usage.
  • Gather structured feedback from schools on product usage and buying behavior.
  • Share insights on school buying behavior, objections, priorities, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to improve product positioning and messaging.
  • Track outreach, conversations, and conversions through the company CRM.
  • Build repeatable outreach, demo, onboarding, and follow-up processes.
  • Create practical sales materials and messaging for schools.
  • Lay the foundations for a scalable school partnerships function.

Requirements

  • Around five years’ experience in B2B sales, school partnerships, education sales, ed-tech sales, business development, or a closely related commercial role.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, open doors, manage follow-up, and convert conversations into signed school partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of how schools make decisions regarding careers, university guidance, and educational software.
  • Excellent presentation, demo, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable selling an early-stage product and gathering feedback to shape future positioning.
  • Good commercial judgement, understanding freemium adoption leading to paid features.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a large pipeline.
  • Comfortable attending school meetings, conferences, and events in person.
