About the Role

As a Sachbearbeiter:in for site management and reporting at the Reuter/Reuter West power plant group, you will be responsible for access management, locking systems, and energy and water reporting, supporting the smooth technical and administrative operation of the power plant site.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and issue access authorizations for internal and external employees, and report and coordinate locking system malfunctions.
  • Issue, order, and document access authorizations comprehensively.
  • Properly record, validate, and evaluate emission values, and provide them on time.
  • Identify deviations from approved operations, contact relevant internal interfaces as needed, and track the implementation of resulting measures.
  • Create and update water, heat, and electricity balances for the Reuter and Reuter West sites, ensuring data quality.
  • Actively participate in the digitalization and automated recording of balance data and further develop related processes.
  • Handle communication and data provision for the central reporting department and other internal interfaces.
  • Manage the processing of third-party electricity supply according to EEG levy, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant bodies.
  • Store approval documents in a structured and audit-proof manner in the designated filing system.

Requirements

  • Completed further training as a State-Certified Technician (e.g., electrical engineering, building technology, utility technology, mechatronics) or as a Master Craftsman (e.g., electrical engineering, metal, mechatronics, plant mechanics).
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in energy, industrial, or building technology.
  • Experience working with external companies, especially in power plant or industrial environments.
  • Experience in power plant operations is desirable.
  • Knowledge of heating power plant processes and a basic understanding of process engineering, thermodynamics, and power plant technology.
  • Analytical and structured thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills, with strong resilience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Commitment, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Fluent German language skills at least at C1 level as the primary working language.
